How do I go about finding out where/how to send the collection agencies a full sum instead of payments

Welcome to the forums. Your credit report will be showing your account with the details of the collection agency which is handling it.
Please contact the customer care cell of the company and negotiate with the deal.
Hopefully, they will be accepting your full payment and show your account as 'Paid in Full' to the credit bureaus.
