Who do I contact???
My husband and I live in El Paso, TX. We sold a trailer home to a resident of Tularosa, NM back in October of 2003. When we did not receive any payment in May, June and July, my husband decided to go in person to see what was going on, only to find the trailer home abandoned. We drew up an agreement with the tenants and they signed and agreed to all in the contract. We also learned that the female is out on bond and that they moved to Roswell, NM. We sent a certified letter to them and have not received any response as of August 8, 2006. The trailer, sad to say is in dire need of repairs and the stove and refridgerator are also missing. If you can give me a name and/or number to who I can contact it would be greatly appreciated.
