According to what you have said, it is certainly the error from the side of the credit bureau because this company helps in choosing the right debt consolidation company and thus can never appear in your credit report.
Please clarify about this entry from the other two credit bureaus also and confirm that this company won't be found in those reports.
Please write a letter to the concerned bureau reporting this entry for verification and take necessary steps.
We will like to hear from you the course of this action.
