As you are not having any contact number at home and you are not allowed phone calls at your work place, it will be helpful if you can give any phone number of your nearest one or your neighbor as the registration process actually gets started after filling the online form.

Once the consultant gets in contact with you over the phone, you can discuss with him about your genuine problem. He will gladly do all modes of communication with you in the future at your desire.

Do you have any access to a telephone. Do you live near your parents. maybe you could ask them to allow you to use their phone number for this correspondence.

I would be cautious when corresponding over the Internet. because You are dealing with sensitive credit information. If you are not using a secure connection, you may become a victim of identity theft. So just use some precautions if you decide to work through the Internet.
