Sorry to here that, but by no means did you do yourself a favorl. Bankruptcy stays with you forever. Not ten years. Anytime you apply for a new loan, all loan applications will ask you if you have ever filled for BK. Legally, you have to answer that question correctly. Good luck with your future self inflicted pain
