There is no problem if you have two liens at the same time.

However, in case one of them is a tax lien, it will be wiser to pay that off as soon as possible. If you pay it now, it will remain on your credit report for 7 years. If you do not pay it, then it will remain on your report forever, which will have damaging effect on your credit reports.
