Are you able to include car payments into the consolidation?
car loan and debt consolidation?

You asked about car payments. As far I know, car/auto loans are secured loans and debt consolidation does not cover secured loans.
However if you have any other unsecured loans, it will be covered by a debt consolidation program. Hope this information helped you.
