Welcome to the forums.
Since, you are not residing in Pocatello and you have an unused account opened in your name it is better to close that account.
However, before you close that account, be sure that it does not hurt your credit score. Be sure that you do not have any more unused credit account opened in your name. It can affect your credit rating.

Welcome to the forums. As per your post, it seems that your name has been mistakenly entered by someone else's name in your credit report for the account opened in 1999. Since you said that you have not been staying in Pocatello after 1994, have you updated your mailing address to present place with the concerned agencies?
It is very necessary to update your mailing address otherwise wrong information will be entered in your report causing damage to it.
