I had been trying to refinance and the companys told me not to pay payments til then told me to. Well now i am 3 months behind on house and was suppose to send 1809.00 by May 27, 2005. I don't know where I am going to get this money.

Welcome to the forum. Please contact the company and mention your problem that you were looking for refinancing the loan. Any documentation that you approached them regarding this matter will put you in a stronger position.
It is advised to pay the amount as early as possible. Otherwise it will keep on increasing.
