do you work with chapter 7

Chaper 7 & 13 are legal options you take up with a attorney of your choice.

Open up you local Yellow pages and turn to the attorney section, it will be very well populated (for most places).

This site deals with debt consolidation of "UNSECURED" debt.

Hi Lincoln

In my honest opinion, you should always try your best to avoid bankruptcy. Through chapter 7 and 13, you cannot eliminate all your debts completely. It just provides you an aid for a very short time in the long suffering. It will be much better if you can consolidate your debts because, the advantages of debt consolidation are beneficial to an individual and it also helps in improving the credit report after the bills are paid. Whereas after declaring bankruptcy, it is shown in an individual credit report.

Please feel free to get a complete knowledge on it going through this page http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/avoid-bankruptcy.html
