GFSIL update/ Help please
Today I decided to go back to the emails that I had gotten from them previously, And I was gonna change my contact numbers to them since they were so rude on the phone with me, I went in to do this and the contact numbers they have listed for me is for T & C so they did get the letter proposal letter from them so that is good BUT
All of the PDL's that have been contacted by T & C want more a month then what the proposal was for, and they are including all the fees they want it seems as the one that is $200 original loan has told T & C that my balance is like $550.00 when I have already paid $155 in fees Someone help me with this please
I thought that DC was to negotiate somewhat as well not just with proposal, at this rate the PDL's will say that I owe X amount of dollars above and beyond the state laws here
Suggestions please
Thanks in advance
