Title 32, Chapter 6, Article 1, Sec 6-703

The MIRACLE MANAGEMENT GROUP also DBA RISK MANAGEMENT PARTNERS with the address of 3003 N. 73rd Street #4
Scottsdale, AZ 85251 has not lived up to our agreement and has not refunded the $3,535.84 they said they would refund to me. They have given me three different refund dates, all of which have passed, and have not refunded me my money. They are a company that should be licensed under Arizona Title 32, Chapter 6, Article 1, Sec 6-703. Do you have any ifo about this company and can you offer any advice as to how I might resolve this matter?

Hi Larry

Do you have your copy of this agreement letter? Have they given you the written notice of the three dates? I believe it is a matter of breach of contract and lawful action needs to be taken. You need to consult your local attorney and file a case against them with your proof.

Regards
Roxette

Hi Larry

Welcome to debt consolidation care forums.

Miracle Management Group is a sales and marketing firm. All debt negotiation services as well as transactions are done by Risk Management Partners Ltd. Currently they are not accepting application from Arizona, California, Michigan, North Carolina and Wisconsin. It might be that due to any technical or functional problem they cannot send your refund amount.

Please ask them whether they are facing any of the problems mentioned above. If not please consult a lawyer as because he will guide you towards the right direction. Keep all your correspondence with company ready as it will be required if a legal battle is resorted to.

Hope you will find this information useful.
Please feel free to write back with further queries.

Regards
Peter

I'm having a similar problem with the same company. I had sent back my form over 6 weeks ago and have been waiting for them to give me my refund. I've been calling them for weeks and no one even picks up the phone. I don't know what to do because I really need that money back. They didn't settle ANY of my accounts so I don't understand what's taking so long.
I'm wondering, Larry...what ever happened with your situation?
Thanks
Jamie.

I agree. They have $2800 of which I am due refunded. Personally I feel that I should get more because they are horrible and why should I pay retainer fees if nothing has been resolved. None of my accounts were settled

I just found out today that the out-of-towners are SOL. So, anyone who was scammed and didn't receive a refund, please file a complaint at www.ftc.gov
If enough people compain to the Federal Trade Comission, maybe these people won't be able to jump from state to state robbing people along the way. I heard they may have or are planning to set up shop in Texas
