Please send a written notice to them asking to validate the debt. debt validation is your legal right to know the origin of your debt.

They are trying to harass you by using foul language which is a violation of the law. Please inform them that you are recording all telephonic conversation and you will sue them on charges of harassment as per the fdcpa act.
I hope they will stop after receiving your letter. Remember to send your letter through certified mail with return receipt requested. You can also lodge a complaint at the FTC and the state attorney general office.

If it is they are so full of it, I should be a consumer advocate bc ive heard so many complaints about these people. WHATS SO FUNNY is that they have been suspended by the ACA but still calling to threaten people. I wonder if its a scam and I also wonder if they are trying to collect money bc they might be shutting down soon?

what if a collector jsut keeps harassing you and even want to know you had a hardship you and your wife had surgery and yu wife almost died wityha heart attack and you were out of work all summer. then he tells you to take away the money from other creditors your r tying to pay off and pay him off with that money. then he keeps upping the proposals from the managment company your dealing with until its just not feasable for you to deal with it any more ,do you go bank rupt at this point,because your credit is shot anyway.

ACA is an association, not a governing body. They have no legal power
