As if the whole Payday Loan things wasn't bad enough for me right now, today there is a so-called "pre-authorized check" sent through my account from Acclaim Visa for $159.95. I read all about their scam online. Has anyone else had this happen? If I fill out the forms at the bank that this was not authorized, will I get my money back?

See if your bank has more information about this company. They will let you know if they have been able to revert back other's money dealing with Acclaim Visa. If there is any possible help, your bank can only offer in placing the dispute. Otherwise, you might have to take the legal path, but that seems to be very expensive.
