I just found out that this company has been debiting my account and i don't even know who they are, or have any way of contacting them!

They took money out of my account and I never did business with them. They took out 480.00. I have to file a complaint with my bank and I am glad I found this site to back up my claim. Thanks!!!

File a complaint with your state AG's office as well.

i had applied with express cash and i got an advance and then paid them back when i got my last one i guess they put money in my account when i didn't even need too, then they sent me a letter telling me that i owe then 200.00 and i told them that i didn't apply for it though and they said well, we did put it in your account and you owe it to us, i said well can you take me off that list, and told them not to put any money in my account and they said they will and i jsut recently got a letter stating that i owe them $200.00 for a loan that was in 2003.

I would file a complaint with your AGs office explaining this situation. And if you didn't ask for the loan, then they shouldn't have put it in your account, ask them "Where's the contract?" They have to supply you with one. Which state are you in?

this company also put money in my account. I have no idea who they are and there taking 50.00 a week out and i have no idea how there getting my account information. How do I stop this. I did not apply for the loan i dont feel i should have to pay for it.

I am wondering if anyone has taken money out with these people within the last few years and they didn't take it when they were supposed to then they come back months later and take it with no notice or anything. I paid them back in 2003 and then 2 years later they start taking money out again and I didn't even given them my current banking info. Does anyone else have this problem? I have had to file complaints with my bank several times now but am now going to seek help from my AG's office. People's posts on the BLOG have just confirmed my suspicions of this outfit and I think they are thieves.

I filed a complaint with my AGs office and this particular company responded ASAP, and marked my account paid in full. The AG can get a response out of them, they hate getting those letters from the AGs office. I'm sorry to hear you are having troubles after all this time, have you tried getting the bank to give your money back?

Thanks for your post. Yes, but now the bank says close my account in order to refund the money. That will be my next recourse of action besides the AG's office.

I never sign a contract with Xpress cash but they manage to get into my husband account and destroyed it. I had no way of contacting thic company until recently when they sent me a letter stating that I owed them 300.00. What should I do?

These people are crooks! I am speaking of the Loan Shop/Express Cash. They can somehow get into your bank accounts without your permission! I am having trouble with them as I write and I am angry! The phone number I am using is 1-800-6439 to contact them. They are also called Westbury Ventures, apparently they have many departments. They say I have an outstanding loan that they have purchased from another cash advance site. I have no record of such loan or monies deposited into my account on the date they are claiming. They have now tried to pull $175.00 out of my account for a pay back. Fortunately it has been returned not paid. I was told by my bank to file a police report and that is what I am heading out to do on the grounds that they did not get permission from me to W/D any funds. So far they have not produced a contract. Any suggestions as to what we can do to stop this company. Please advise!

They took $90 twice from me and I just now called my bank. I have no idea how this happened, as I did not contact them.

i want to know how to get rid of this company, i have never done business with them,so i have no idea how they just began to debit my account. i called the phone number and all you get is a voice mail, and they don't return calls.. this has caused some returns in my account which have resulted in overdraft/nonsufficient funds charges and i want them to not only refund my money, but the bank charges as well.

I am in the same boat as all of you. This company who ever they are, never sent me a contract form. Someone called me on the phone, gave me the website information and a 800 number now they are taken $30 a week out of my bank account. I have received payday loans before, but none like this. There has to be a better way to stop this company from continuing to do this. Any suggestions I am all ears. Thanks
