What should i do???

Hello my name is Rachael i have a quetion for anyone willing to anser it. I have been receving phone calls from these guy saying to call them back but every time i do it goes to there voicemail.What should i do?? I called customer service and the lany hung up on me.But you can e-mail me back at if you have any advice....
