Welcome to the forums. It is understood from your post that you have a delinquent account in your credit report. In order to get this entry erased, you need to pay your creditor first and then they will report it to the bureaus. After the creditors inform about the successful payment of your account, the delinquent entry will be removed from your credit report.

It is not clear from your post about the action of this delinquent entry. Please let us know if the bureaus are reporting a negative entry after you have made the payment or the creditors are unwilling to co-operate with you after you have made the payment from your side.
