FSM usually sends the accounts for collection to Premier Process
FSM usually sends the accounts for collection to Premier Processing. You can confirm your latest account standing with FSM. Call them at 1-866-516-9300 and speak to Kathy Reynolds at extension 224. You might get some help there.
Wait for the collection agency to call you. The company should send the debt details in writing before attempting collections. If your account is not sold to the CA, you can still work out arrangements with FSM. They might pull your file back from the CA.

no i've just paid them 79 to roll over my fee and just recently i closed my account and in order to get a fresh start loan to pay off my overdraft charges. the pdls have been tring to hit my account every week so i get email from them seems like every day telling me my accounts closes ect ect and i email back telling them i know and i already told them i find it funny sort of. its not the same pdls its different ones every day that i've already informed that my account was closed. only if they'd read their emial in customer service lol

OK, so I emailed Carmen back and asked who my account was sent to. I'm really trying to contact them first before they start calling me and that way they know I'm making an effort.
She told me she didn't have the information but I can call 1-866-856-1024 tomorrow with the date of 7/5/06 and they should be able to tell me. I hope she's right and I hope it's not a place I've been reading about on here that is known for harrassing people.
