But you won't be able to understand them once you get them on the phone. I actually JUST got off the phone with Orchard. I tried the old "Please lower my apr" routine - and after a 2 minute blurb from the other end of the line all I got was "based on" - I honestly didn't understand a WORD they said to me. So I called back and got a different person, but still, couldn't understand them. That is so frustrating - I try and try to understand them, but can't.

Have you tried sending in a request online. I did and had someone to call me back within 2hrs. I never had a problem with Orchard bank other then they dont report to all 3 agencies. Only Exquifax and Experian. Try the website..

wHENEVER THAT HAPPENS, ASK TO BE TRANSFERED TO A REP HERE IN THE USA. IM A FINANCIAL ADVISOR AND HAVE TO DEAL WITH THAT ALLLL DAY. BUT GIVE THAT A TRY AND 9 TIMES OF OUT 10 THEY WILL TRANSFER YOU NO PROBLEM.
