beware of consolidation companies

I want to warn everyone about this company. If you have any questions about them, please go to ripoffreport.com. Basically when you sumbit information for a payday loan, the charge you 19.95 and will deny the loan for some crazy reason, like they can't verify information or you have previous loan with another teletrack lender. But they will still charge your account. I had my bank return the fee and then was hit with a $44. charge twice. Thankfully my bank returned both items and placed a block on anymore debits from this company. Funny how the only information the can verify is your bank account.
Just Beware!!!

I would like to speak to a customer service person about a loan I have with 200 cash.com please? I can't find a phone number to contact you..

hank You

I just applied for a loan with this company and never received any funds from them. They took out $19 something out of my account. I tried to contact them by phone and via e-mail but never responded back to me. I'm now going to the bank and closing my account. Please do not be a victim of this. I'm hoping that my bank blocks this BS. I'm a single mother that does not have any extra money to give away. What comes around goes around. I hope they get caught they deserve to go to jail!!!

I applied for a loan with them (200Cash.com). They approved me and afeter I signed the dotted line to seal the deal, I realized that they said they will debit my account for $19.00 whether I'm approved or not. Beware!! Most payday loans do not require you to put in a check number in or charge this type of fee. I had to notify my Bank to have restrictions placed on my account so that they can't take the money and I have to go to the Bank and close out my account there. They are rip offs and all of this will catch up to them jerk offs will get what they deserve because GOD sees all things.... Be careful. I recommend PayDay OK.... R!eally awsome company

I'm sorry to tell you this, but there is only one sure way to stop the withdrawals, and that is to close your account. If that isn't an option, then tell the bank to put a hard debit block on your account. Before you close your account, read this information at the link below. http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/close-account.html

Please do not let any of these pdl's know you are going to close your account, until AFTER you have done it!

i would like to know more about the payday loans. they charge you a fee of $60.00 but when the due date appears, they only rmoving the fee and you are still owing them the money they are supposed to remove from the account so its simple payday loans are making a killilng. one company tells me the don't take the full amount unless you give them permission. but thats in the contract take the money unless I ask for an extension. The best one I found yet is PAYDAY MAX. the fee is very reasonable.

some payday loans are no good. 200 cash.com is the biggest ripoff. and the thing about it there is no contact number. and the number they supply is an answering machine. if they are charging u a service charge, what is the $60.00 fee for. why can't u talk to a live person. and when u do go to the web site, only thing you can do is request another loan but never get to talk to no one.
I would like to know how to report them to someone.

The same thing happened to my husband and I. I applied for a loan and got turned down for some odd reason(they could not verify information). Well, they took the $19 out of my account. I faulted myself for not reading the fine print. However, it is not my fault, when I got TWO $44 charges to my account!!!

SCAM!!!

My advice, cancel it asap! Now that they have your information and account number your account will never be safe, close that account and open a new one elsewhere.

As like all of you I too was scamed. I was approved for the loan, the did give me the 200 dollars, than they say if you can't pay on your payday you can file an extension for 60 dollars which I did all four times well when I went to pay the 200 I could not find a place on the website to pay the loan back. Their is no place to get a hold of them, So I payed another 60 dollars, so far I have paid them 460. I have sent them emails and also tried contacting them. I am closing my account, and also reported them. They are now calling and harrassing me and my work and family, saying they are going to charge me 6,000 dollars for fees, haul me to jail. Please stay away from this so called business it is NO GOOD, no matter how broke and desperate you are do NOT fall for this SCAM.

Wow. After reading all these posts that's all I can say. I took out a payday loan years ago. That was the first and last time for that.

But just a word of advice. First of all, we already know payday loans are evil, but then to pay an application fee. I'd never ever pay to apply for a loan.

Also stay away from those websites that claim if you pay them $49 they will get you a loan regardless of your credit.

Those websites are scams. My friend sent $49 to one and they sent her an e-mail the following day stating that since she lied on her application that they were unable to get her an approval with any company. And oh, since she lied, they weren't refunding the $49. Their website had stated if they failed to find her loan that they'd refund the $49.

And she definitely didn't lie about ANYTHING on her application.

So, just a heads up. Avoid those sites like the plague!

:mad:200cash debited my account twice from an account that had no money in it. I was charged $35 each time they tried to collect an application fee of $19.95. applied twice because I had not noticed that I already had a loan approved with them and the downloads of the application giving them the right ot garnish my income if I was late with a payment and all that kind of B.S. Now I am trying to find out the status of any of the lones I applied for with them. Do not use these people for anything. J. Jacobs

They can't garnish your wages without a court order, they can however evoke a wage assignment, on the other hand YOU CAN revoke their right to use THAT wage assignment. All it takes is a simple email to them telling them you hereby revoke their right to use the wage assignment you signed, print it out and take it to your employer, done. You really need to get your account closed asap.

Contact your cell phone provider, give them the number and let them know you are receiving spam, you won't be charged for the text messages you receive as long as you report it.
My bank is tops. Here is the info you need to contact these crooks.

Their phone number is 714-839-1300/ 7700. The email to their "legal department' is legal@200cash.com. I never got an actual person. The first number is basically is a recording that tries to discourage you from pursuing attepts to try to stop these crooks from doing what they are doing. The second was a voicemail. I will be reporting these people and sending the info that I gathered to my state's attorney general. Good luck!

Yes, they not only have different addresses - they go by different names. I am not sure exactly what is going on but I started to apply for a loan with this company and saw the $19 fee and quickly got off the site. I hope it was in time. Since then, I have done some further research which has revealed hundreds of people have been ripped off by this company. They automatically take the $19 fee if you apply and more times than not - the person is declined. If the $19 is not there, they wait a few days and come back in and take $44 ($19 plus a $25.00 NSF fee) because your $19 wasn't in there the first time they tried to take it. This is a sham because most people that are willing to pay $60 for a $200 loan doesn't even have $19 in their account so automatically they are $44 in debt to this horrible company. Now I am not sure why some are complaining that the $19 was taken out numerous times but I have a good idea. Part of it might be that people are getting back on the site to find out more info about the company after they have been ripped off and while they are on the site - the company is taking that site visit as another loan application. Also, I think what is happening is they are trying to get a loan and applying on various sites. Since this company goes under different names, they are taking the money out of people's accounts under their various alias company names. Be very careful as alot of these payday lenders are attached to sites that advertise payday loans but are not the actual lenders. You put all of your personal info out there thinking you are applying for a loan and then you just keep getting rerouted and keep giving your info all over again. That is how this Cash200 site also attaches intself. Half of the time you have applied to sites you didn't even know you applied for. I think all these sites should be shut down and made illegal!

I just got ripped off today with 200 cash.com. I didn't see anywhere that they charged $19.95 application fee until after I submitted the application and received an e-mail stating that they needed a form notarized for wage assignment. (This is when I decided to not complete the application) I e-mailed and called them, but only received a voice mail that stated that the application fee was non-refundable. What a bunch of caca. It would be better to ask family and friends than to get ripped off by a slimy payday loan company.

Scarlett, I suppose I was blessed also, because I only got to the arbitration agreement ; I signed two agreements and then the lower taskbar would not accept anymore pages so I could not go any further .Isn't ironic my lack of computer knowledge saved my checking account from $200.00 being stolen. I do suppose they will still take out the $19.00 for me not even finishing. You know If it were not for this community of people I would have went back to there site and tried to ask them for help to finish the loan!!! Now I have written down their info so I won't ever go back to it. Thank you everybody!!!

I guess I was scammed too by this 200 cash lender comp. I did see the 19$ fee on my account, but there never was a deposit of 200$! I tried to call them, but you only get to listen to automated voices, never a real person. You just cant get through. So, I put a stop payment on the check#, just in case they try to take me for an amount they never deposited into my account.
