All you have to do is type in the name or the phone number in the search function and it will bring up a listing of the company.

Well, based on this information, you can determine how trustworthy each company is. If they get bad reviews from former customers or if they fail to respond to customer complaints, I would avoid those companies. But just be aware that most companies usually have a few negative complaints because no company is perfect.

And also, people usually seek out the BBB website when something bad happens. So there is likely to be an over-reporting of negative incidents. Those incidents may not be representative of their overall business.
