Welcome to the forums. Since your car payment is a secured debt, it cannot be considered in the debt consolidation program.
Debt consolidation program covers all the unsecured debts like the old utility bills, credit car debts, medical bills, bills from collections etc.
However, I will like to throw some light on this matter that if you keep your car collateral in any program, there might be a chance of repossession by your creditor if you fail in making payments.
