Contact Rio resources at 804-687-3959 and inquire about the debits made in your account. Get it verified by them in writing or else request your bank to block the transaction code of the company. If the userid is blocked, Rio won't be able to debit further money from your account.

Talk to your lenders and arrange a payment plan with them. Most of the lenders can work with your arrangements if you assure them regular payments. If you are unable to reach any conclusion, close your checking account and send them money through western union or a money order. It might be an easier process.

Maria Jackson, you have contacted the wrong site. This is a forum for those looking for advice/help with their debt situations. We don't know why you can't get a balance or about 2 payments taken from your account. Which company are you trying to contact? Maybe we can find the right contact info. for you.

I recieved a call this morning from this company saying my husband owes them money. It has been 7 months since the advance was taken. I did not know they were unable to draft any payments from our bank account. My husband just deployed in October. I explained to the rep where all our financial trouble happened. He was very rude about my situation. I told him I couldn't make the payment amount he wanted. I told him I can pay $100 every two weeks since I don't work and that is how military pay works. Well he refused to accept that amount and threatened to cause problems through my husbands military career. Can compaines refuse a payment? That is all the extra money we're able to send to them. The bill was only $300 to begin with but now its almost $600. Can someone please give me advice about this. Also I don't feel comfortable giving them my debit card information. Because I have had loan compaines take our more money that what was agreed upon for payments. What is the address I can send money orders to them? The rep refused to tell me that information and they just down right refused my cooperation all together.

I recieved a new cellphone recently and your company keeps calling it daily twice. The voice speaks so low I cannot hear the name she is wanting, but I know it's not me, I have no business with your organization. I will turn you over to the BBB or the Attorney Generals office in your state if these calls continues. Your employees (I've only spoken with two)said that my cellphone number is not in the database, however the recording comes on after this voice speaks and clearly states the 1-800-410-9419. My cell number is (317)332-****. Take it off of your list! Phone number removed for your safety - Mike

They make it impossible to pay off your loan early. You'll submit the form to pay off the loan early. You call to confirm, and they'll tell you 'it's under review'. They'll do this for several days in a row. When the pay off day comes, they ding you for the interest, but won't pay off the principal, effectively rolling over your loan for another two weeks and allowing them to soak you for more interest payments (at 700% plus!). When you call to find out why it wasn't paid off, they come up with some BS excuse about why you didn't fill out the app properly. In one instance, I told them I followed agent's instructions when I spoke to them. They came back and told me, 'the agent was new and didn't give you right advice'. How is this MY fault! That falls on deaf ears. This will go on and on. Also, the agents are always angry and confrontational, which is intended to try and intimidate the weak. Stay away!

I'm not sure- but it will take a lifetime to pay them back! Search the box at the top of your screen to see the nightmares people have gone through with the. I would rally think twice about this ..If you need help, there are other ways to get it other than a pay day loan that will suck you dry..KAren

Guest, please say you didn't take a loan with One Click Cash. They are illegal. They are horrible. If you did, you have a certain number of days to return it. In my opinion, if you got one, return it now. You will be sucked into their illegal transactions which will take months and months to get out of. They are illegal.
