I am currently dealing with this company for my husband. He is in default of a student loan - US Department of Education.

They have given him the run around as well as his employer/payroll department.

We are currently dealing with Wage Garnishment. Which has been extremely enlightening to say the least. Especially when you are dealing with the Federal Government. Everyone wants to pass the buck.

I know just as much as the lady from the US Dept of Ed. Just by being on the NET!
