My income is insufficient to repay my home loan, i want to go for refinancing but am afraid my creditors will reject me; otherwise there is no other option. What should I do to convince them? Please help.

There is no reason why the creditors should reject your proposals. All you need is a good attitude with decent well laid out plan in papers, since you were unable to repay your loan and wanted to do so, you merely show that you wanted to do something about it and only seeking possible means. Get the paper work done, mail them to your creditors, you got nothing to loose. Keep in touch.
