Welcome to the forums. It is for sure that there is some possible error in your credit report regarding this company. This site helps you in finding the right debt consolidation company and hence can never appear in your credit report.
Please get credit reports from all the three bureaus and confirm if it is appearing in all of them. If not, then send a letter of dispute to the particular bureau highlighting this error and request for rectification.
