I have several debts from cash advance/payday loan places. I inquired earlier if these debts can be put under your debt considation program, and I got a response back saying yes. I also specified that these loans had not gone into collections and was assured that this would not be a problem. When I spoke to one of your representatives, I was told that you cannot help me, which was exactly opposite of what I was told in two different responses today. I wasn't asking your program for a loan, I am asking can my CURRENT debts from cash advance places can be pout under your program. I really need clarification on this.

Hi rishardshelton
I can understand very well in your post that you are looking for the ways to clear off your debts. debt consolidation is a program where all the unsecured debts are consolidated into one loan amount and hence clear the debts. The consultant who gets in touch with you is actually evaluating your financial position and assessing whether you qualify for this program. It is his decision when he looks into a particular case. But in general, the purpose of this program still remains the same.

The consultant who got in touch with you was actually one of the partners of the various debt consolidation companies working with this particular company. It is the judgment of that particular company operating in your state when he individually assessed your financial position. The financial condition of one person varies from that of the other.
I will again like to draw your attention towards the fact that the purpose of the debt consolidation program in general is to erase the debts of the common people after evaluating the financial position of an individual. This company has partners in different states and their consultant decide whether a person is actually eligible for enrollment in this program.
