Medical bills

I have been struggling for the past 3 1/2 years with an old employer who was paying my medical premium as most do in Las Vegas. In December of 2001 I went into the hospital to have my son and they did not pay my premium that month. In turn I got all the medical bills dumped on me. I have been fighting with him to get him to pay the bills and now it is to the point where he will not answer my calls. I have gone through the state to get help, I have gone to an attorney and he told me to pay him 1000 and he will dispute the charges. I know that is not going to work, they will just show up again later on. Does anyone have any sloutions that might help? Should I go out and get an attorney and take him to court? Is it even possible to do this now that they are over 2 years old? Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Please consult your attorney for this purpose. I think he will be able to lead you to the right direction.

Please keep us updated regarding this matter. If you have any other query, please do let us know. We will try our best to seek it out.

Hi babegrl500

Welcome back. You can look out for the top rated attorneys in the yellow pages of your state. I believe that will be helpful. You have already taken consultation from one attorney. Please compare it with some other attorney also to know the accuracy of it.

Please let us know about it.

Hi babegrl 500,

You should consult a local attorney immediately. Your claim is still not time barred and you can collect all your claims from the old employer. For a claim to be time barred it should be 3 or more years of age. Hope this information will help you to boost up.
