Medical Debt
I am having difficulty in paying my medical debt. It is only $3500 but I have one in paticular that is threating legal action if I don't pay it off in 4 months. Which is $600 a month. Would I be able to consolidate my medical bills into one payment since it's under $5000?

As long as you are making some type of payment on it, they can not sue. AND in most cases if they refuse to accept a payment sent in in regards to it, they have forfited their roght to cvollect on it.
Send all payments to the Original Crediotr and not to the CA..

In the debt consolidation program, we do not cover medical bills. There are other ways to cover these bills.
