They confirmed my whooping $100 debt to Experian Credit Report Agency but will not answer the phone or any correspondence.
I heard nightmares of some people who paid them but didn't get confirmation and cannot get in touch with them to clear it up.

Hello,

I would like to share my experience with you all.
I had a T-mobile account that was in collections and SAM was the company handling the collections. I paid it off 4 months ago but when I got my credit report, I saw that I am still in collections. It is like I never paid the bill. So I called SAM and that was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. Reps are so rude and careless. I wonder if they are coming from out of the world because they don't listen and don't understand. Excuse me, but I think they all have an understanding problem. They just keep repeating and when you ask a question or try to speak, they don't let you speak and just keep saying the same things all over again. All I was asking was a letter of satisfaction but they said they can't send me that and above that my blood sugar increased because of the impolite and unprofessional behaviors of the employees. I called T-mobile and made a complaint about this company. Because when I asked to speak with a supervisor at SAM, they didn't put a supervisor on the phone. So I called T-mobile as a last resolution.
I hope SAM goes bankrupt and noone has to deal with them again. This is the first company that I have ever seen in the US that treats the consumers like criminals and like they are doing a favor by talking to you..Somethings have to change..even in the US.

Thanks,

Rengin

And don't even try to call and talk to a rep because they never answer the phone! If you are lucky to get a hold of someone, they will not understand you, like you are talking French and will hang up on you at the end.

Kind Rgds,

Rengin

There willing to put a ballance on my credit report but not give any contact information and when you go to hunt them down there no way to. There should be some sort of law making companies that hit your credit give valid contact numbers for payment.

Hi Chris,

According to fdcpa collectors should validate the debt claimed prior to collection activities. Collectors should identify themselves while contacting you.

You can try the address listed above or, search for their mailing address with bbb.org. Send them a letter through certified mail saying that you want to see something in writing before you pay.

Meanwhile, if they continue calling you, tell them you want their contact details. If they refuse, file your complaint with BBB, FTC. Hope it helps.

I have been dealing with Superior Asset Management Inc. regarding a Voicestream Account I had in 2001 for the last year (I never received any notice of the debt from T-Mobile or Superior I had to find this on my credit report when it showed up for the first time in 2005). They are viscous and there are multiple website with people complaining about lack of response. When I called and told them I paid my bill they stated I would have to send proof of every payment since the account was opened. I sent them a letter requesting they prove the debt to all of their known address (I found 5 of them including the one on my credit report and the one they gave me on the phone). And they never responded to my certified letters. I am now submitting all of my copies of attempts to get information proving the debt to the credit agency's but if you Google these guys you will find many with horror stories regarding there lack of response. The address below is the most interesting one in my mind it is a note regarding a civil investigation by the Economic Crimes Division in Tallahassee, Florida with an address to that division. I would be prepared to take this one as far as your state attorney general office if you don't get a good outcome from your attempts to get this corrected. By the way T-mobile's repy was to just tell me who they assigned the account to and to forward my letter to the collections department. I think is is good to send both of them a letter to prove you tried to correct the debt with all of the involved parties but I wouldn't hold my breathe.

I am trying to contact someone in regards to this T-Mobile account, but I am being hung up on...how do you expect me to pay the debt if there is no one to talk to...i am unwilling to pay anything but the settlement, but if I cannot get anyone on the phone I should not be charged at all! The number is 1-800-895-2989, but I cannot talk to a human being and the computer continues to hang up on me.. I am in the right mind to contact the BBB.

I worked for this company for 21 months, and in all my 20 plus years of collections I have never seen a company that was so poorly run. EEOC violations, fdcpa violations, the turn over rate was more than double industry standard, and other possble ethical violations...
