want to cancel an open credit account.

i dont know how to contact the right people to cancel my open account.

You can call at 1-800-695-5316 / 1-800-224-3114 and request for closure of your open account. If you have ay dues in that account, you will have to clear it first before it gets closed.

After the account has been closed, have a statement from the company in writing about the closure of the account. This will keep you towards the safe side.
