OSI

i have made (2) $400 pyaments to the OSI so that they could pay off my balance with Providian. I have called Providian and they have no recollection of my payment nor do they currently use OSI collection services. What can I do to get my $800 to Providian so that my credit is cleared up? I wish to know which route I need to pusue. Thanks, brooke Leppard

If the said company has not put your money in your account, then it is a violation of the Federal law. You should consult your lawyer and file complaints at the FTC, BBB and state attorney general office.
