They contacted me for an old debt. I asked their address because I wanted them to correspond with me via mail. Their address is-

i am trying to contact ncb about a debt i agreed to a payment of 195.00a month for 3months my debt would be paid.i rcd.a letter and it shows i am paying my full amount of the loan back which was not the agreement...they are taking this out with an electronic check....if one more elect.195 is withdrawn from my account i will sue the pants off of this company...you lied to me and you broke our agreement.i will not stop untill ypou stay out of my pockets my money returned to me. acct#5491100017120018 file numb.1002979215...i have copies
