mypaydayloan.com/LOOPHOLE/ trying to sue them, need advice

Guys, this is crazy.

I need to round up any of you that are having issues with this sad excuse for a company. I am trying to find an attorney that has experience in international law to take this case. These people cannot be allowed to get away with this nonsense any longer!

Summary:
-They are leaving full disclosure messages on my machine
-Sending letters that disclose "collections" on the envelope
-No mini-miranda in the letters
-Letter sent read only, "WHEN???" and got one today that said that they are reporting me to the IRS, since that is what I apparently wanted them to do.

I have talked to two attorneys today. One said that they are hiding in Costa Rica, and it will be nearly impossible to get them served to appear in court in Texas. She also said that it could get very expensive. The other attorney said that it would do some good to give them some of their own medicine, but finding an attorney to do it is challenging, but when there is more than one plantiff, it's a little easier to do...especially if the federal government is petitioned.

I need to see if there is anyone that has taped messages/phone calls and correspondance from mypaydayloan.com.

Any advice on how to proceed is appreciated. I have HAD IT, HAD IT, HAD IT with these people!

I dealt with mypaydayloan in January but everything was handled through my state's attorney general's office. If you need that documentation, let me know. I would be happy to help out. I know what a pain they are to deal with. Have you filed a complaint with your state's consumer protection office? They forgave my debt. They threatened to sue me from Costa Rica. I said good luck with that since you have to file suit in my county of residence. I think they are just blowing smoke. I am taking on one myself. I talked to this guy today because the company has never corresponded to any of the letters that I have sent them regarding my account. They even stated they never received my letters. They were sent certified mail with return receipt requested. I have copies of the returned signature cards. Amazing isn't it? I going to file complaints in his state first because they are breaking payday loan laws in their own state. They are licensed there but there have been violations. I'm also going to file a complaint with the bank commissioner in that state. I'm about ready to beat them all down :x

Interesting how they never leave last names.
