I spoke to someone in Sept 2005 and my remaining balance was $83.00

Since $50 is taking out every month, Oct's payment left a balance of $33.00 - so this amount should of been taken out on Nov 1, 2005... but $50.00 was taken out again....I have the copy of the withdrawal from my bank "Bank of America"

I was the victim of a serious car accident a pedestrian struck by an automobile on 1/22/01. I don't even remember being at hesser college never mind what class I supposedly owe money to as I was in a "COMA". I sustained life threatening injureies and have proof. and I want this erased from my credit report as I am finally recovering attending to obtain my LPN and trying to reestablish my credit but you people are setting me back for a class I never even remember taking and most of the class dates I was hospitalized in a COMA, come on be decent , show some actual compassion and get this crap off my credit PLEASE ASAP
