Been getting recorded and live calls from 786-382-0205. Always hang up before we can get an address from them to send a cease communication letter. Anyone have an address on these folks?

it wouldn't matter if you had proof,or not.the threats and claims they made were illegal.besides it is on the collectors to prove you owe.that is wht bottomfeeders like this make the threats they do as they can prove squat.except the fact that you did have a loan,but an illegal one.report them,and fax a C&D asap.

Found out it is Asset Recovery Solutions.

The address given to me on 1/27/14 by one of their employees is
423 Lakeview Drive #101
Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33326

However, a quick search says the BBB finds that address not valid and mail will likely be returned.

Fax# appears to be valid:
954-449-6387

They were trying to recollect a Quickest Cash Advance loan already paid years ago. Glad I still had the proof of payment. These folks were making false claims about foreclosure, etc...looking forward to reporting them to the Florida authorities.
