just ignore their sorry asses.in other words stay off the phone.if the number looks unfamiliar,or blocked don't answer.then delete the message.you are under no obligation to speak with them,and verbal c&d only applies to workplace calls.

I think they are scammers mate. Immediately file a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC.

I am being harassed by this company. They are threatening me, calling me names, and hanging up and calling back repeatedly after I gave them a verbal C&D. They refuse to give me any information and demand my SSN. A woman named Alison called me a delinquent piece of crap and told me my mother should have raised me better after I asked for a manager and she told me there wasn't any.

I just called them back to ask why they have called me 6 times in 4 fours, she replied with "were they calling for you or someone else?", i responded saying i dont know, im working and could not answer. she then hung up on me.
