I have been reading some of your threads and commend you on your supportive advice and pretty good on swimming lessons for Online PDL victims (ME!). I live in NC and have 3 Online PDL . 2 of them are for $400, on one I have paid a total of $900 This is causing me to get final notices on Power, Water, Gas, ect

Illegal lenders can't sue you, so chill. BUt in the meanwhile stop getting more payday loan.

They are not legal, so technically they don't harm you legally. Make sure you pay of the principal first. Also revoke ACH at once.

Payday loans are not legal in North Carolina. So, you have to pay only the principal amount to lenders. Have you paid the principal amount already? If so, then revoke the ACH authorization with the bank asap. Lenders won't be able to fetch money from your account.
