I think they are scammers mate. File a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC immediately.

report them.they are just another bottomfeeding pile of slime.nobody calls ahead to serve or arrest.know that and instead of concerned you should start getting pissed as these humanoids can/will do nothing they threaten.report and ignore.

This nightmare continues.... now I have received harassing phone calls from "Consolidated, a pre litigation firm". They are harassing me at work and home, telling me they are going to serve me. I called them back and spoke with a condescending individual named Chelsea Jones (however, the message was for me to contact a Natalie Jones). She told me they are a prelitigation firm so they don't have to follow any FCRA rules and procedures. They asked me about a PDL from Jan which I paid but she said they have secured a local locating company to serve me with papers. I asked if it were for a court appearance and she said no. I asked her if she were collecting a debt and she said I should know. She said the PDL was with DJR Group.... huh????? I asked for a physical address for them and she said she had a PO Box. OMG!!!! WHAT WILL IT TAKE FOR THIS TO STOP!!!!!!!!!!

if they will not send anything via snail mail do you have a number that comes up on caller id?that might help,but if they call and won't send anything i would just ignore,and not talk to them.

oer the FDCPA they by law must send a letter 5 days after first contact.now since this is a piece of garbage bottomfeeder they won't comply.say this to them one time,and be done.like this.

i want details in wrting,and not email.i will not speak to you again until you send a dunning letter.

say that and again do not speak to them after that.
