None of them are legal in your state. How much have you paid to these lenders? Have you paid off the principal amount? If so, then there is no need to reduce payments. You can revoke the ACH authorization so that the lenders can't withdraw any more money from your checking account. If you have not paid the principal amount, then you should just pay that amount.

All of these lenders are illegal in your state. So, if you've taken loans from them, only pay the principal amount, not any interest..ok?

Since they are not legal in your state, you are required to pay the principal amount. Don't pay the interest.
