Real estate investment - Which type of investment to go for?


Any advice will really help. We have about $60,000 to invest. Both of us have full-time working jobs. We are thinking about investing in real estate. What kind of investment should we go for profitable returns? This would be out first real estate investment

There are so many options, It is upto you which one you will select.

There are many. But, what about your fixed savings? Investing money in real estate can be risky if you don't have enough savings. I think, you should consult with a financial adviser regarding it.

You can invest in a rental property in a good location. For instance, you can invest in a beach condo and get a steady income stream from the tourists. But remember one thing, you have to devote time and spend money for maintaining the property. Are you willing to do that? I'm asking this question because both of you are working now.
