International Recovery Process

Have you heard of International Recovery processing are they legal please let me know. This is the letter they sent me saying I owe money. Please let me know. I was told they are scammers.

Read the letter. VIP Loan Shop is an illegal payday loan company. Have you borrowed from them? Even if you have borrowed from them, you're only required to pay the principal amount. There is no need to pay interest rates, late fees, and fines. Ask them to validate debt in writing.
