Mobiloans Please HELP

Is Mobiloans licensed in Alabama? Have a line of credit with them. Borrowed 300, 200, 150, 90, etc totalling a little over a thousand. If my calculations are correct I have paid back over 3000 since April of 2018. Stopped ach and put stop payment at bank. Wanted to send a sample letter found on forums here but am unsure of Alabama law regarding tribal internet loans. Any help is appreciated.

It's been over a week since I

It's been over a week since I emailed and faxed mobiloans a letter from the forums here. The only response I have gotten is that they will respect my privacy and another email stating that I have an upcoming payment due. Login to my account says it's past due. Should I do a follow up letter asking again for PIF on my account?
