Opploan and Elastic Loan LEGAL IN FLORIDA

I used your step by step help process to start my process of getting out of the PDL cycle.(revoked ACH, sent letters etc). I have two companies i am not sure if they are legal PDL/Installment loan lenders in FLORIDA. Are Opploans and Elastic Loan legal lenders in the state of Florida?

Elastic loans - They claim to be a line of credit. But their website looks suspicious to me. I'm not too sure about them.

Opploans are legal in Florida

Opploans are legal in Florida. So, you may have to pay off the entire payday loan with them, principal and interest both.
I do have some confusion about Elastic loans, plz read the thread above, suggested by David.

You need to pay the principal

You need to pay the principal amount with the interest to the OPPOloans as they are legal lender. But other is not legal. Thus, you just need to pay the principal amount.
