There is no cap on the minimum amount. But there is a cap on the maximum amount. You can't have more than $1,184,200 in secured debt or $394,725 in unsecured debt to be eligible for for Chapter 13 bankruptcy

If you have more than $1,184,200 secured debt, then you can't file bankruptcy. Also, you need to have less than $394,725 unsecured debts to get approval for filing bankruptcy. However, you should talk to a bankruptcy attorney to get more information on it.
