Aspire called me 10 times a day everyday, even tho I never missed a payment that I agreed to pay. I had to get my state governor involved and send a cease and desist letter. It was RIDICULOUS! This acct is paid!

Has the account been updated in your credit report as 'paid'? Otherwise, some other collection company will call you up and try to recover the same debt.

Yes, after emerge came off since aspire was put on, I had emerge removed, then aspire removed when it was transfered to a credit card to pay off the debt, which is now paid in full and that credit card has been cancelled by me.
