anybody who calls and says that is a scamming bottomfeeder.they also broke the law with those other two calls.report them first to your local police.have your mom and brother do the same.then use the number you have plus that name and file an FTC complaint.go to www.ftc.gov to do this then ignore them as again they broke the law and will do nothing they threaten.

if anyplace can do what they claim they wouldn't call repeatedly.the calling card of a scam.

Unfortunately the FTC is closed due to the government shutdown. I did call the Attorney General's office. I don't know how to get them to stop calling my work.

It is going to be tough to have them stop calling work. Just inform your boss and co-workers that you have been a victim of a scam and simply to just ignore the calls and hangup on them.

Invest in an airhorn or rape whistle...blow in the phone when they call. Or ask them what they are wearing.....

Union Group had a woman call me saying she was from a locating service and that she had papers to serve me. She gave me a number for Union Group 877-306-3654 to call. They tried to get my debit card number but would not give me an address of where they are located in California. I told them to call me back that my battery was going dead. They haven't called back yet. I barely escaped that scam because I googled them and saw the remarks about them trying to scam someone else.

I too have started getting phone calls from this number. A Bill Miller telling me to call that number. He called yesterday and and again today at my job, also called my cell yesterday and says he is coming out to my job tomorrow to bring important papers. What the heck I don't even know what you are talking about and now they want to show up at my work. That has to be illegal.

I got the message today from a lady Named Brenda WILLIAMS Who Claimed To Be The Locater And Gave me This Number And Said i Have One Chance To Contact The Agency And Pay. I Thought It Was A Scam

I'm so glad I found this chat. This company just started calling my NEW job and I am at a remote location so they are using the receptionist to locate me. The debt they say I have is an invalid debt and it has been found to be invalid. I promptly just called the receptionist at our headquarters and told them not to let these calls through to me because they are scammers!! Thanks for this helpful information!!!

They called me out of the blue at my inlaws house they told my mom that if I didnt respond that theywere going to send a locater after me to serve me some very expensiv3 papers and all I had to do to avoid this is to give them my debt card number theywouldnt give me a location I knowthe caller lied about his name but theycalled me from1 877 340 0369 watch out they did everything into pressuring me intogiving my cc number today...who does that!,,! Anyway hopethis helps someoneelse always verify before giving out any info

Got one from Union Group with 1-877-386-3941. Not getting anything from me. I used to do online loans, but have not in over a year and this has really taught me a lesson.

A Mike Webber has called me stating he needs my address to serve me with papers on behalf of union group. He gave me the number and name of the company (union group) they said they were collecting for check into cash, a loan i took out in 2010. I called check into cash corp. office and found out what collection agency has my loan, come to find out it was not Union group. I all most fell for it because I did out a loan with them in 2010 and shortly after i moved and I couldn't recall if i had paid them off or not. Glad i found this site.
