No. Rather bankruptcy increases your reliability and trustworthiness. Filing a bankruptcy reduces your security risk since all your information is detail.
However, if the reasons for filing bankruptcy is a fraud or irresponsibility, then it might be a problem as it will be a known fact.

Bankruptcy won't create a problem in clearing the security clearance. It's the reason for filing bankruptcy that creates a problem. If you have incurred debt due to fraud or criminal activities and filed bankruptcy, then you won't clear security clearance. However, if the reason for filing bankruptcy is genuine (you have lost your job or have suffered a pay cut and incurred debt), then it won't be a problem.
