Notice of submission for final Adjudication??
Hi All - my husband received a letter - a copy of a submission to the court, from a case that had been dismissed in December.
The letter is from an attorney on behalf of a collection Agency. The original creditor was Credit one. The case sat for two years and then was dismissed without prejudice.
This letter states it is a "Notice of Submission of Case for Final Adjudication"
Anyone know what that means and how to respond?
