Can bankruptcy help me?

I have accumulated $25000 debt on credit cards last month. Can bankruptcy help me?

Yes, definitely. It's better you first talk to a financial adviser about this, so that you're aware of the pros and cons and you can also discuss about other options as well.

You can go for bankruptcy, but you must ask an expert first. Call an attorney and tell him your situation.
You might also think about a debt management program.

Surely, Bankruptcy is a viable option. But you must see a counselor first. If you can settle your debts yourself, then why will you file a bankruptcy? Your credit report will look bloody!!
